Job Summary
The IT Asset Governance Manager leads the company's IT asset governance by ensuring accurate inventory records, standardized BOMs, compliance with asset management policies, and efficient lifecycle management of IT equipment across all business locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT asset governance and inventory management.
- Establish asset management standards and procedures.
- Oversee BOM development and maintenance.
- Manage inventory audits and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper asset allocation and utilization.
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT Operations, and Finance.
- Track warranties, maintenance, and asset disposal.
- Develop reports and KPIs for asset performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop the IT asset management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT Inventory.
- At least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with ERP or IT Asset Management platforms.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
