Job Summary
The IT Asset and Configuration Manager is responsible for managing IT assets and maintaining standardized Bills of Materials (BOM) to support infrastructure, site deployments, and technology projects. The role ensures consistency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT asset inventory and configuration records.
- Create and maintain standard BOMs for technology deployments.
- Support new site openings, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor hardware lifecycle and replacement planning.
- Coordinate with Procurement and vendors.
- Conduct inventory audits and asset verification.
- Improve asset tracking and documentation.
- Generate asset and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
- Experience managing BOM and configuration records.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong project coordination skills.
