We're looking for an experienced
IT Applications Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to support the development and enhancement of enterprise intranet solutions.
In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to build modern SharePoint sites, develop dashboards and reporting solutions, support content migration initiatives, and create user-friendly applications that improve collaboration and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) sites and intranet pages.
- Build engaging SharePoint pages based on business and communications requirements.
- Support content migration and ongoing SharePoint site maintenance.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and project trackers using SharePoint Lists and Power BI.
- Create reporting solutions, web forms, and data upload functionalities.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on SharePoint capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for developed solutions.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint 365.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Lists, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Experience with HTML and SharePoint page customization.
- Experience supporting content migration and enterprise intranet development.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power Automate or other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Experience delivering solutions for large enterprise or government organizations.
- Background in web content management or digital workplace solutions.
Location: Pasig (Consulting Engagement)
Work Setup: Hybrid / Home Office with on-site support as needed
Contract Duration: Approximately 5 months (100 working days), with possible extension
