Job Description

Location: Quezon City

Salary: Up to 115,000

Work Setup: Full Onsite

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong expertise in B2B standards
  • Experience implementing OpenText EDI and XML applications
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
  • Experience supporting business processes across multiple applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and manage OpenText/EDI integrations
  • Handle day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with client teams and external partners to ensure smooth business operations
  • Implement enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Monitor and maintain integrations to ensure stability and availability
  • Assist in resolving integration-related incidents and operational issues
