IT Application Manager - Hybrid Work Setup (Up to 200K total package)

Qualifications:

• 8 years of work experience in the IT field
• Coding experience in PHP or Java or .Net developing Web applications in a cloud environment
• Substantial experience with AWS, containerization, and microservices
• Knowledge in Systems Analysis and Programming
• Strong project management skills with experience in using AGILE methodologies and cloud environments
• Exposure/experience in leading a development team (looking for App Dev leadership, particularly in managing development teams and overseeing the end-to-end process of application design, development, and deployment)
• Experience in handling outsourced/3rd party developers
• Experience with consumer facing UI/UX development
• Must have experience collaborating with Sales and Operations team

Generally, you will be:

• Leading, managing, and monitoring all existing applications and software development of the company.
• Leading the outsourced/third-party development team with all software development and support tasks.
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and delivers the expected design expectations.
