We are seeking a highly skilled IT & OT Systems Analyst to support and enhance site-level manufacturing and commercial digital systems. This position is critical for reliable system performance, regulatory adherence, and driving operational excellence across IT and OT platforms.

Qualifications & RequirementsRequired Experience

• 25 years of experience in IT analysis, IT support, or a related role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting methodologies

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

MUST-HAVE (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

  • PLC/HMI

  • SCADA systems

  • Logistics systems
    
    

• Demonstrated exposure to both IT and OT environments

Key Responsibilities1. IT & OT Operations Support

• Deliver daily operational support for manufacturing and commercial IT and OT systems

• Diagnose and resolve system issues, document root causes, and collaborate with global IT/OT counterparts

• Assist with system testing, patch deployments, upgrades, and validation processes

• Track system performance metrics and ensure service levels are maintained

• Keep technical records and documentation accurate and current

2. Business & Manufacturing Alignment

• Elicit, analyze, and refine business and production requirements for technology initiatives

• Generate operational reports, dashboards, logs, and analytical summaries

• Provide support during audits, quality reviews, and system-related investigations

• Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear documentation of discussions and action items

3. Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to site-level IT/OT enhancement and upgrade initiatives

• Monitor project timelines and coordinate activities with internal teams and external vendors

• Support risk assessments, SOP revisions, and change management documentation

• Identify and escalate potential risks or roadblocks in a timely manner

4. Compliance, Quality & Governance

• Uphold corporate and local regulatory and compliance standards

• Maintain documentation readiness for audits and support CAPA and validation requirements

• Participate in business continuity planning and disaster recovery exercises

• Ensure structured change management protocols are followed for all system modifications

Role Scope

• Provides on-site support for both IT and Operational Technology systems

• Works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams

• Collaborates closely with the IT Plant Site Manager

• Oversees small initiatives and coordinates with both internal and external stakeholders
