Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Administrator (Fresh Graduate) to support internal IT operations, help desk services, and the organizations IT infrastructure. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to apply their skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to maintaining a stable and secure IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in internal help desk operations and provide technical support to employees
  • Monitor office IT infrastructure and support system reliability and security
  • Operate and assist in managing CRM and help desk systems
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing system performance data
  • Support implementation of IT improvements and solutions
  • Follow company IT policies and maintain compliance with data privacy standards
  • Learn and assist in network, hardware, and software administration tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Internship/OJT experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Office Suite, and common IT tools
  • Familiarity with CRM or help desk systems is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and occasionally work outside regular hours

Preferred Skills / Competencies

  • Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, HTML, SQL, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of cloud-based systems and IT service management
  • Professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
