IT Administrator - Bound to BA, Fiji Islands

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
  
  

(or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years in L3 support within Managed IT or Service Delivery environments.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Azure.
• Solid networking skills (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, HPE, Aruba, Ubiquiti).
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, backup solutions (Veeam, ArcServe).
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting, basic Linux, Microsoft SQL, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing improvements as needed.
• Provide technical support to staff and ensure IT resources are utilized effectively.
• Assist in the deployment of new technologies and software updates.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery operations.
