JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in ISO system implementation, audit management, or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 requirements is a strong advantage.
Previous experience managing customer or supplier accreditation, qualification, and certification processes is preferred.
Training or certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 14001:2015 is an advantage.
Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Ensure accurate documentation, proper maintenance, and controlled distribution of quality and environmental policies, procedures, manuals, and records.
Schedule and facilitate internal audits, provide necessary support during audit activities, and track findings, corrective measures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments to investigate nonconformities, assess operational risks, address environmental issues, and ensure the timely implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Coordinate preparations for external audits, certification assessments, and surveillance audits, including communication with certification organizations and external auditors.
