iOS App Developer

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in iOS app development.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Solid understanding of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
• Knowledge of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.
• Familiarity with Unit Testing and test-driven development.
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with performance tuning tools like Instruments.
• Familiarity with CocoaPods or Swift Package Manager for dependency management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SwiftUI and Combine framework.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Azure or JIRA.
• Exposure to app analytics tools like Firebase, Crashlytics or Clarity.
• Experience with app submission and distribution processes in the App Store

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between the app and the backend.
• Coordinate with fellow iOS team members to align on requirements, feature implementation, and code consistency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reported in production and development environments.
• Stay updated with the latest iOS trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding guidelines.
• Implement third-party libraries and APIs as needed.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Ensure app compliance with App Store guidelines and requirements.
