Our client is a regional Fund Services focuses on alternative investment funds such as hedge funds, private equity funds, crypto funds etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for Transfer Agency Administrator / Senior Administrator and the role is based in Philippines.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, capital call, distribution and fund transfers etc
- Maintain and reconcile accurate shareholder registers and capital accounts
- Conduct AML/KYC checks and due diligence on new and existing investors
- Review, validate, and process subscription agreements
- Liaise with clients and investors and answer their queries
- Work with other team to assist in regulatory reporting such as CRS, FATCA etc
- Maintain investor files and documents
- Other ad-hoc duties related to investor services/transfer agent
Key requirements:
- Min 3 years of Investor Service/Transfer Agency experience in the fund administration / fund services industry
- Good knowledge in fund operations and process
- Detailed, organized, motivated
- Good communications and client servicing skills
