Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Investor Services Specialist to support investor onboarding, fund transactions, AML/KYC reviews, tax documentation, regulatory reporting, and ongoing investor relations.
The ideal candidate has prior Investor Services or client relations experience, a strong understanding of AML and FATCA/CRS requirements, and excellent organizational and communication skills. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, work with sensitive investor information, and maintain accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.

- Working knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change.
- Ability to allocate time effectively and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling investor documentation and regulatory information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently while following established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents in accordance with fund offering documents and applicable tax and AML/KYC requirements.
- Review AML/KYC information during investor onboarding to ensure compliance with fund and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct ongoing investor due diligence and follow up with investors regarding missing, incomplete, or expired information.
- Communicate with investment managers, investors, external parties, and other stakeholders regarding investor services matters and ad hoc requests.
- Review and process closings for Private Equity Funds.
- Obtain valid tax reporting forms from investors where tax services are provided.
- Validate and release investor documents and communications according to investor and fund management instructions.
- Ensure investor distribution information is accurate, current, and compliant with applicable instructions.
- Prepare and review FATCA/CRS reporting and submit required reports to relevant authorities.
- Validate updates to investor information and perform call-backs when required.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from clients.
- Maintain accurate investor records and documentation while following internal policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work
- Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
- Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
