Role Overview
Lhoopa is hiring an Investor Relationship Manager to own and manage relationships
with existing and potential investors. This role serves as the primary point of contact for
assigned investor accounts, ensuring clear communication, timely reporting, and a high-
quality investor experience across the investment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned investor accounts
- Act as the first point of contact for investor questions, requests, and follow-ups
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through consistent, high-quality communication
Investor Reporting & Communications
- Coordinate and deliver recurring investor updates, performance reports, and dashboards
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all investor-facing communications
Coordination & Internal Alignment
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. Finance, Operations, Legal) to gather inputs for investor materials
- Track investor requests, data room items, and ad-hoc analyses
- Ensure follow-through on commitments made to investors
Fundraising & Due Diligence Support
- Support fundraising and follow-on capital raises by coordinating investor materials and responses
- Manage investor Q&A during due diligence processes
- Help maintain organized, up-to-date investor data rooms and documentation
Process & Account Management
- Maintain structured records of investor interactions, requests, and key discussion points
- Identify common investor questions and proactively improve reporting and communication processes
Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in investor relations, account management, client coverage, and/or wealth/asset management with strong client-facing exposure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial and strategic topics clearly
- Solid analytical foundation and comfort working with financial and performance data
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Professional presence and ability to interact confidently with senior investors
- Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets
