Join Our Team as an Investor Relations Officer!

GLOBAL FERRONICKEL HOLDINGS, INC. (FNI) is looking for a dynamic and analytical Investor Relations Officer to strengthen the Company's engagement with investors, analysts, regulators, and other key stakeholders. This role will provide direct exposure to the Company's financial performance, capital markets, corporate strategy, and high-impact business initiatives.

Key Outcomes

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Strengthen investor confidence through timely, accurate, and transparent investor communications.
  • Provide insightful analysis and evaluation of the Company's financial and operational performance.
  • Develop high-quality investor presentations, reports, disclosures, and other investor-facing materials.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, analyst views, and investor sentiment and provide actionable insights to senior management and the Board.
  • Support investor engagement activities, including earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory disclosures and investor relations communications.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry developments, market trends, and key events across commodities, particularly the metals sector with emphasis on nickel, as well as capital and bond markets, and prepare comprehensive reports and insights.
  • Analyze and evaluate the Company's financial performance, including financial statements, profitability, key financial ratios, operating results, and business trends, and translate findings into clear insights for investors and senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial and business performance analyses, investor presentations, management reports, and other materials to senior management, the Board of Directors, analysts, brokers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver regular presentations, press releases, and corporate communications covering Company performance, strategic developments, industry updates, and investor-facing materials.
  • Monitor internal operational and management changes and craft clear, consistent investor relations messaging aligned with corporate updates.
  • Oversee the preparation and timely submission of annual reports, SEC filings, PSE disclosures, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Manage and update investor relations content across the Company website to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging.
  • Provide guidance and training to Company spokespersons to ensure appropriate and effective communication with the public and stakeholders.
  • Track and review analyst reports and summarize key insights for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with regulatory bodies, including the SEC and stock exchange representatives.
  • Organize investor engagement activities such as conferences, roadshows, earnings calls, and investor meetings.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management and the Board regarding market sentiment, investor perceptions, and views on Company performance.
  • Represent investor community perspectives in discussions related to corporate strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide input on capital market activities such as stock options, rights issues, share buybacks, dividends, stock splits, and other related initiatives.
  • Support and advise senior management and the Board on business development, expansion plans, capital expenditures, and major corporate initiatives.
  • Travel locally and internationally as required for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other business activities.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned in line with the Investor Relations Officer role.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant work experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial analysis, corporate communications, capital markets, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in analyzing and evaluating a company's financial performance, including financial statements, profitability, key financial ratios, operating results, and business trends.
  • Proven experience in preparing and presenting financial performance analyses, investor presentations, management reports, or similar financial and business materials to senior management, investors, analysts, or other stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and capital market operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, analyst reports, and industry developments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial and business information for different audiences.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident in engaging with senior executives, investors, regulators, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in investor relations within a publicly listed company.
  • Experience preparing SEC filings, PSE disclosures, annual reports, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in the mining, metals, commodities, or related industries.
  • Experience working directly with investors, analysts, brokers, and capital market participants.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Familiarity with financial databases, investor relations platforms, or other financial analysis tools.
