Join Our Team as an Investor Relations Officer!
GLOBAL FERRONICKEL HOLDINGS, INC. (FNI) is looking for a dynamic and analytical Investor Relations Officer to strengthen our engagement with the investment community and support the Company's strategic communication initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry developments, market trends, and key events across commodities—particularly the metals sector (with emphasis on nickel), as well as capital and bond markets—and prepare comprehensive reports and insights.
- Develop and deliver regular presentations, press releases, and corporate communications covering company performance, strategic developments, industry updates, and investor-facing materials for analysts, brokers, and investors.
- Monitor internal operational and management changes and craft clear, consistent investor relations messaging aligned with corporate updates.
- Oversee the preparation and timely submission of annual reports, SEC filings, PSE disclosures, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage and update investor relations content across the company website to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging.
- Provide guidance and training to company spokespersons to ensure appropriate and effective communication with the public and stakeholders.
- Track and review analyst reports and summarize key insights for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regulatory bodies, including the SEC and stock exchange representatives.
- Organize investor engagement activities such as conferences, roadshows, earnings calls, and investor meetings.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management and the Board regarding market sentiment, investor perceptions, and views on company performance.
- Represent investor community perspectives in discussions related to corporate strategy and decision-making.
- Provide input on capital market activities such as stock options, rights issues, share buybacks, dividends, stock splits, and other related initiatives.
- Support and advise senior management and the Board on business development, expansion plans, capital expenditures, and major corporate initiatives.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned in line with the Investor Relations Officer role.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, finance, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, SEC/PSE reporting requirements, and capital market operations.
- Experience in preparing investor presentations, annual reports, and corporate disclosures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial and business information.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, analyst reports, and financial data.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident in engaging with senior executives, investors, regulators, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial tools or IR platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
