Job Description

Job Summary

The Investor Relations Officer supports the development and execution of the company's investor relations strategy, ensuring effective communication with shareholders, investors, analysts, and the broader investment community. The role also supports sustainability reporting, investor events, market intelligence, and management reporting to strengthen investor confidence and enhance the company's positioning in the capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of the company's Investor Relations (IR) strategy, aligned with corporate goals, financial performance, business objectives, and expectations of the investment community.
  • Maintain regular communication with investors, shareholders, and analysts, providing timely and accurate updates on the company's financial performance, strategy, business developments, and other relevant disclosures.
  • Coordinate and support earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, analyst briefings, and other investor engagement activities, ensuring effective preparation and execution.
  • Lead the coordination of the company's Annual and Sustainability Reports, including gathering and validating sustainability-related data and disclosures in accordance with GRI, UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) frameworks.
  • Coordinate sustainability reporting initiatives with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment of disclosures with company objectives, reporting requirements, and relevant sustainability standards.
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence, monitoring industry trends, peer company performance, market developments, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from investors and analysts, identifying key concerns, expectations, and areas of interest within the investment community.
  • Provide management with insights on investor sentiment, market expectations, competitive positioning, and emerging industry trends to support strategic and business decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain investor communications and materials, including presentations, briefing materials, investor updates, and other IR-related reports.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of information communicated to the investment community, in coordination with Finance, Corporate Communications, Sustainability, and other relevant functions.
  • Support compliance with applicable capital market, disclosure, and regulatory requirements relevant to investor relations activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Communications, Sustainability Reporting, or related functions.
  • Experience working with publicly listed companies or organizations with exposure to capital markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, company performance, capital markets, and investment concepts.
  • Experience in sustainability reporting, preferably with exposure to GRI, UN SDGs, SBTi, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong research, financial analysis, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management, investors, analysts, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling financial and sustainability disclosures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
