Position Summary
The Investor Relations Officer will be responsible for managing customer-centric campaigns and project updates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from clients and business partners about the company's products and services, ensuring the questions or requests are handled in a timely and effective manner.
- Actively involved in addressing investors inquiries and complaints, escalating complaints to the Investor Relations Manager in accordance with the company protocol
- Conduct outward client servicing campaigns to maximize the satisfaction level of customers, as well as sales campaigns that support sales/reinvestment
- Establish and maintain close communications with clients through phone calls and emails.
- Meet and answer customers inquiries as needed to deliver exemplary services to customers and business partners in North America, Asia and/or the Middle East
- Maintain accurate track of project information to ensure completeness and timely delivery of high-quality customer updates and communication pieces.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of regional client updates and servicing campaigns.
- Support internal and external stakeholders across all businesses with their client servicing and communication requirements.
- Produce and deliver of investor updates and other investor-related reporting and communications, and other ad hoc reports as requested by executive management
- Research key industry, market, and economic statistics and trends impacting the real estate market, working closely with various internal stakeholders to gather and interpret data and information
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and professionalism.
- Assist in the production of investor updates and other investor-related reporting and communications.
- Research key industry, market, and economic statistics and trends impacting the real estate market.
- Produce materials including investor presentations, corporate fact sheets, and other ad hoc reports as requested by executive management.
- Works closely with various internal stakeholders to gather and interpret data and information.
- Assist in the management of key corporate data and investment project information through company database.
- Flexible to work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional work experience, financial services industry experience a plus
- Excellent command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese will be an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, performance-driven, and a team player
- Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
