The Officer for Investor Relations serves as a back-end support function in ensuring that the company's financial story is communicated effectively to the investment community and shareholder engagement is meaningful and data-driven.
What You'll Do
- Supports in the accurate and compliant preparation of relevant portions of disclosure documents, which include, but are not limited, to AEV's and AP's: Quarterly and annual financial and operating results, Relevant M&A activity, Responses to PSE/SEC queries, if any, CFO Message in the integrated report
- Timely execution of quarterly earnings results briefings for AEV and AP with complete, accessible and accurate materials and relevant speakers.
- Helps in the preparation of IR update reports for the AEV and AP boards.
- Help coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences, and calls with investors and analysts.
- Serve as an alternate point of contact for inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and prospective investors.
- Track and respond to market sentiment, investor feedback, and information request.
- Track competitor performance and disclosures. Conduct benchmarking against peers.
- Track shareholder ownership changes and maintain profiles of key investors.
- Lead in seamless execution of logistics and production of key IR events.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, investor relations, banking, or finance.
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical skills, including data management and financial analysis.
