Role Overview:
Asiatel Outsourcing is preparing for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), Canada. We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager based in Manila who brings hands-on experience supporting a company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and can apply that public-market discipline in a cross-border, TSXV context.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to manage investor communications, disclosure processes, and ongoing public-company obligations, while operating as an offshore IR function aligned with Canadian regulatory expectations. There will be advisors that will help the candidate in learning the Canadian context of the role.
Key responsibilities
Primary Role
- Support development and execution of Asiatel's investor relations strategy post-listing
- Prepare and coordinate:
- Investor presentations & earnings materials
- Press releases and disclosures
- Act as a coordination point between:
- Management
- External IR advisors
- Legal and regulatory counsel
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and discipline in investor-facing communications
- Track investor feedback and market sentiment and brief leadership accordingly
- Support compliance with continuous disclosure and public-company best practices
Secondary Role
- Help Asiatel Outsourcing create Investor Relations as a niche vertical for outsourcing services
- Work with the business development team to define and package investor relations service offerings for small-cap and micro-cap companies listed in Canada and Australia
- Design standardized IR workflows and operating models (reporting cycles, disclosure support, investor communications) that can be delivered efficiently from the Philippines
- Support pilot engagements and reference accounts to validate demand and refine the IR outsourcing proposition
Required experience
- Prior IR experience with a PSE-listed company (mandatory)
- Familiarity with:
- Public company disclosure processes
- Earnings cycles
- Investor communications in a regulated environment
- Ability to adapt PSE-listed company experience to Canadian TSXV requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
