Position Overview
The Investor Relations Bridge Resource will serve as a critical liaison between the Investor Relations (IR) and Finance teams, supporting a wide range of client service and operational workflows that ensure a high-quality, consistent investor experience. This individual will manage recurring LP administrative processes, data workflows, and reporting tasks while responding to investor inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, articulate, and client-centric, with the ability to understand and work with complex financial data. This is a 40 hours / week role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Candidates must be available to work 9am 5:30pm ET, with possibility of occasional overtime.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Investor Support
- Manage investor portal access (ShareFile, FIS) and troubleshoot login issues.
- Process and verify Wire/ACH instruction changes with Finance, Fund Administrator and custodians.
- Support LP address and contact information updates; maintain accurate tracking of all administrative changes.
- Respond to LP audit confirmation requests, FMV requests, and other data inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Send unfunded capital call reminders and track follow-ups as needed.
- Manage post-close KYC/AML information requests to LPs.
Legacy Fund & GP Reporting Support
- Upload PCAPs, quarterly financial statements, and K-1s for legacy funds and GP entities.
- Assist Finance with FATCA/CRS reporting for offshore LPs.
- Support custodial reporting requests and distribution recoding in coordination with Finance.
- Assist with LP cash flow projection requests.
Data, Systems & Workflow Management
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all LP administrative updates and actions.
- Ensure investor-facing materials and uploads meet internal quality and confidentiality standards.
- Support enhancement of data processes in partnership with IR, Finance, and IT teams.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, reporting exercises, and process improvements to strengthen scalability and investor experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Accounting, Finance, or Business major preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services or Alternative Investments; Investor Relations experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface confidently with investors, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and work with complex financial data and fund documentation.
- Client-centric mindset with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
