Investor Relations Associate

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Finance, Economics, or a related course.
• With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Investor Relations.
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• With a pleasing personality.
• Knowledgeable in using different Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).

Job Overview

• Review daily investor relations news reports and regularly identify improvements to ensure relevance.
• Review businesses monthly operations reports and draft Investor Relations Quarterly Briefing script and press release.
• Draft responses to investors/shareholders queries.
• Assist in the preparation and review of annual reports, sustainability reports, and other analysis reports requested by management.
• Join investor meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of investor presentation materials.
• Monitor share price movements and prepare an analysis report.
