Job Summary: Works closely with the Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers to identify opportunities while helping them evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions for customers. This role also drives efforts in the team to identify and implement improved customer service behaviors while reading market updates to assess the implications on the products/investments within their team.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers to identify investment and business opportunities for clients.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable investment, wealth, and financial solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and sales calls to provide specialized product knowledge and market insights.
- Monitor market trends and investment developments, sharing relevant updates and implications with the team.
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring compliance, resolving concerns, and identifying service improvement opportunities.
