Job Summary

The Investment Sales Senior Officer partners closely with Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers to drive investment sales by identifying opportunities, assessing client needs, and recommending suitable investment solutions. The role serves as a product and market specialist, providing investment insights, sales support, and client-facing expertise to help deepen customer relationships and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include conducting sales calls, delivering market updates, coaching frontline sales teams, resolving client concerns, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. The role also promotes continuous improvement in customer service and investment advisory practices through ongoing market monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers to identify investment opportunities and grow investment business.
  • Provide expert investment advice and participate in client meetings and sales calls to support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze daily market developments and share insights on investment implications with the team.
  • Help design appropriate investment strategies and solutions based on clients financial needs and objectives.
  • Coach and train Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers on investment products, market trends, and best practices while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and controls.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in investment sales, wealth management, private banking, asset management, or a related financial services role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, portfolio concepts, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to delivering solutions.
  • Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, teamwork, willingness to learn, and commitment to regulatory and compliance standards.
