Investment Senior Associate Value Add Infrastructure and Industrials

Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading global value-add infrastructure private equity fund to support the hiring of a Senior Associate into its Singapore-based Infrastructure Investment team.

The firm is a global infrastructure investor with a focus on energy, digital infrastructure, utilities, transportation, industrials and related infrastructure businesses. The team takes an active investment approach, partnering with management teams and businesses to drive growth and value creation across its portfolio.

The Singapore team is looking to add an investment professional who will have exposure across the investment lifecycle, including execution, financial analysis, due diligence and portfolio management, working closely with senior investment professionals in a lean and entrepreneurial environment.

The Candidate

• 4–6 years of Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience
• Relevant experience in infrastructure or adjacent sectors, including energy, power, utilities, digital infrastructure, transportation, industrials or related areas
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with experience building and reviewing investment models
• Experience executing M&A, private equity or infrastructure transactions, ideally with buyside and/or strong sellside experience
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to assess investment opportunities and business models
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with significant responsibility and exposure to senior decision-makers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
