Position: Investment Sales Senior Officer
Office Location: UB Square, Quezon, Metro Manila, Philippines
Job Summary: Works closely with the Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers to identify opportunities while helping them evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions for customers. This role also drives efforts in the team to identify and implement improved customer service behaviors while reading market updates to assess the implications on the products/investments within their team.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Sales
- Work closely with the Relationship Managers/ Personal Bankers to identify opportunities
- Help the Relationship Managers/ Personal Bankers evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions for customers
- Accompany Relationship Managers/ Personal Bankers to meetings with customers or sales calls to provide specialist knowledge and advice
- Customer Service
- Design and recommend strategies that meet the objectives of the customer
- Accompany Relationship Manager/ Personal Banker to customer meetings to help resolve complaints*
- Ensure all compliance and controls are adhered to relating to their specialist area
- Identify improvement opportunities through gathering feedback and reviewing products within specialist area

Qualifications
- Read market updates first thing every morning (e.g. via Bloomberg/Reuters), assess the implications on the products/investments within their area and share this with the rest of the team during the daily huddle
- Prepare for meetings with customers through reading relevant background information
- Keep specialist and industry knowledge up to date
- Coach and train Relationship Managers/Personal Bankers in specialist area
