Job Summary:
- The Investment Operations Senior Associate supports day-to-day middle office and transaction management activities for global investment management clients. The role focuses on trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and client reporting while ensuring timely service delivery in line with agreed service level agreements. This position operates in a fast-paced shared services environment supporting international stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support global investment management clients by overseeing day‑to‑day transactional and middle office activities
- Perform and monitor trade confirmation, trade processing, settlement, and reporting activities
- Process and support directed lending instructions, wire transfers, and trade exceptions
- Ensure all transactions are processed daily and in accordance with established procedures
- Coordinate with clients, custodians, brokers, investment managers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries
- Ensure all client inquiries are logged, tracked, and resolved within defined turnaround times
- Deliver daily and monthly services in alignment with client SLAs
- Escalate unresolved or high‑risk issues to management with appropriate recommendations
- Participate in broker review meetings and support relationship management activities
- Support new market and client setup initiatives
- Contribute to audit, risk management, and control initiatives within the team
- Support special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in: Investment Management Operations, Middle Office / Transaction Management, Trade Support, Custody, or Financial Services Operations
- Strong understanding of investment management processes and deliverables
- Experience interacting with global clients and stakeholders
- Willingness to work in any shift (night shift / day shift / early morning shift)
- Open to working on‑site 4x per week in BGC, Taguig
