- At least 5–9 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Middle Office, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, Custody Operations, or Investment Operations.
- Experience in Income Processing, Corporate Actions, Fund Accounting, or Middle Office Operations within an Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Services environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Investment Manager and Custody business is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of capital markets, trade lifecycle, fixed income securities, and dividend processing.
- Familiarity with Middle Office and Custody processes, including upstream and downstream workflows.
- Understanding of operational risks and controls related to Income and Corporate Action processing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
What you will be responsible for
- Perform daily Income processing and validation for Fixed Income and Equity securities.
- Validate accruals, amortization, and income calculations based on client-specific policies.
- Perform reconciliation of cash balances and investigate cash breaks.
- Ensure assigned deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required.
- Generate reports and support data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Escalate processing exceptions, operational issues, and risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and controls.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and global stakeholders to resolve operational queries.
- Deliver high-quality client service while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., NISM, NSE, CISI, CFA, FRM, CPA) are an advantage but not required.
