Investment Operations Specialist to manage the financial operations, investment accounting, and grant-posting activities for our Donor-Advised Funds (DAF). This role serves as a critical bridge between accounting, investment data management, and operational workflows.The ideal candidate will project-manage our investment reconciliation activities, oversee data inflows from customers and banking transactions, and manage daily incoming requests through our centralized portal. Key Responsibilities
- Project-manage investment accounting and reconciliation activities across multiple portfolios and accounts.
- Perform daily and monthly investment account reconciliations between custodian statements and internal ledgers.
- Collect, monitor, and audit investment account statements from various financial institutions.
- Oversee and validate data inflows from customer platforms, banking portals, and external financial transactions.
- Manage, process, and triage daily incoming requests through the centralized operations portal.
- Maintain data integrity across accounting systems and operational databases.
- Monitor the posting, tracking, and reconciliation of grant payment activities and distributions.
- Collaborate with donor services, operations, and banking partners.
- Prepare clear and concise financial and investment updates for management.
Must-Have Requirements- 4+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on investment accounting and financial operations.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Investment accounting
- Investment vehicles
- Custodian data
- Account reconciliation principles
- Financial operations
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and high-volume data streams.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience working with Donor-Advised Funds (DAF).
- Experience in non-profit accounting.
- Experience using investment tracking software.
- Experience with centralized ticketing or operations portals.
- Knowledge of grant-making workflows.
Work Arrangement - Remote
Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)

- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 5 PM - 2 AM (PHT)
