Job Description
- Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential M&A and partnership deals
- Develop business cases, financial models, and investment materials
- Assist in financial, operational, and regulatory due diligence activities
- Prepare risk assessments and investment recommendations for senior leaders
- Support deal structuring and negotiations with partners and advisors
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, partners, experts)
- Track global market trends and regulatory developments relevant to expansion
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Manager - M&A Should Have
- 7-10 years of experience in investments, corporate finance, business development, or related fields
- Experience supporting M&A, joint ventures, or large strategic projects
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar
- MBA, JD, or industry exposure is an advantage but not required
