Are you looking to grow your career in investment banking Join Maybank Capital, Inc. as an Investment Banking Analyst and support Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), and Corporate Finance transactions. We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, or transaction advisory. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong internship experience in investment banking or corporate finance are also encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Support Equity and Debt Capital Market engagements and other corporate finance transactions.
- Prepare pitch books, proposals, and marketing presentations.
- Assist in transaction origination, business development, and client relationship management.
- Support financial modeling, financial analysis, and valuation activities.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Assist in transaction execution and ensure timely completion of engagements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, regulators, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, transaction advisory, equity research, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in investment banking or corporate finance will also be considered.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience using Bloomberg is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
