Job Description
Job Summary
- Conducts comprehensive credit and investment evaluations to support sound decision-making and policy compliance within RCBC Trust.
- Ensures accurate reporting, regulatory adherence, and effective risk
- management across all investment and credit activities.
- Provides Management with comprehensive and well-supported evaluations of investment outlets and counterparties through in-depth financial, credit, and risk analyses.
- Monitors the financial condition and emerging credit risks of investment outlets and funds where RCBC Trust Corporation has exposures, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential credit issues.
- Conducts financial valuation, credit risk assessment, and equity risk scoring for proposed investments in financial securities and funds. Reviews the financial performance of accredited issuers, counterparties, brokers, and funds, and prepares internal ratings or scores.
- Prepares credit and investment evaluation reports for presentation to the Investment and Credit Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Industrial Management Engineering
- Knowledge of credit and financial analysis
- Relevant internship and/or at least one (1) year of industry experience in research, credit, or trust.
- Good interpersonal skills. Problem solving skills. Analytical skills.
- Attention to detail. Proficient in basic MS Office and/or Google Workspace applications.
