Job Description
- Build financial models and conduct investment, industry, and market analysis
- Support deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment evaluation processes
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for key stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with strategic initiatives, M&A, and exit planning
The Successful Applicant
Non-negotiables / Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good-to-haves / Preferred
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in investing
- Exposure to transaction execution, due diligence, or portfolio management activities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Interest in ESG initiatives and value creation strategies
