What You'll Own

• Market Research

Sector Deep Dives: Produce sector deep dives on Philippine markets with regional context. Not summaries, but original analysis with a thesis

Competitor Analysis: Build and maintain comparable company analyses that ground our perspective in data, not narrative.

Due Diligence: Run structured due diligence: customer calls, reference checks, competitive mapping

Thesis Development: Write investment memos that surface non-obvious risks and second-order consequences

• Fund Operations (The Backbone)

System Integrity: Own the integrity of our CRM and deal flow database — every interaction logged, every data point clean

Reporting: Assist with day-to-day investment operations and administrative task

Portfolio Support: Track portfolio company KPIs (Revenue, Burn, Runway) and flag deviations before they become problems

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in investment banking, private equity, venture, consulting, or a high-rigor analytical role
• You've built financial models under pressure and can defend every assumption
• You write clearly and concisely - no filler, no jargon
• You're genuinely curious about what's happening in Philippine and ASEAN Markets/Region.
• You operate without hand-holding and take ownership of your outputs
