Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential deal opportunities across industries in Southeast Asia, leveraging market insights and relationships.
- Execution Support: Manage the end-to-end deal execution process, including financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of transaction materials such as pitch decks, information memorandums, and financial analyses.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with tailored advice and solutions to meet their transaction objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development and Operations, to ensure seamless transaction execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Professional Experience:
- Analyst: 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field.
- Associate: 3–5 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in deal sourcing and execution.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
- Startup Experience (Bonus): Experience in a startup environment or familiarity with fintech innovation is a plus.
- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with Southeast Asia's business landscape, industry dynamics, and regulatory environment.
