Key Responsibilities
System Setup & Data Migration
- Assist in encoding and migrating inventory master data (items, recipes/BOM, suppliers, units of measure,
pricing).
- Validate migrated data against source files such as Excel sheets and POS exports.
- Support initial inventory counts and preparation of opening balances.
Store & Commissary Rollout
- Assist in onboarding restaurant branches and commissary to the new system.
- Support configuration of locations, stock rooms, par levels, and user access.
- Coordinate with store teams during system cutover and go-live.
Training & Documentation
- Help prepare simple user guides, checklists, and quick reference materials.
- Support training sessions for store and commissary users.
- Document updated inventory processes such as receiving, transfers, adjustments, and stock counts.
Project Coordination
- Track rollout progress per branch and maintain status updates.
- Log system or data issues and coordinate follow-ups with the internal team or system vendor.
- Provide progress updates to the Project Lead.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willing to conduct store and commissary visits when needed.
- Able to coordinate with different teams and follow project timelines.
