Job Purpose
To ensure accurate monitoring, recording, and control of inventory by maintaining stock accuracy, supporting efficient warehouse operations, and ensuring the timely availability of products through proper inventory management and coordination with relevant departments.

Accurate Inventory Management - Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through regular audits, cycle counts, Principal count, and reconciliation processes.
Implement and enforce best practices to minimize discrepancies and improve overall data accuracy.
Team Leadership - Lead and supervise a team of inventory control personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the inventory control function.
Process Optimization - Identify inefficiencies in existing inventory management processes and implement improvements.
Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions and movements.
Generate and analyze reports, stock movements, and discrepancies, providing insights to management.
Training and Development - Conduct training programs for inventory control staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and cross-training to create a versatile and capable workforce.
Continuous Monitoring and Problem Resolution - Implement real-time monitoring systems to promptly address discrepancies, stockouts or excess inventory.
Actively participate in problem-solving to address issues and improve overall inventory management efficiency.
Others:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions, and continuously improving department processes to maintain product and service quality
