Responsibilities
- Leads regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile system records with physical stock.
- Analyzes sales patterns and customer trends to determine reorder points and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) like turnover rates and shrinkage, then prepares detailed reports for senior management.
- : Implements new procedures, such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or updated Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS), to improve operational flow and reduce costs
- Monitors, updates and reconcile IRA
- Managed people and other resources requirements
- Provides Operations status, reports and analysis
- Create SOP and WI and deployed to the team
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations
- Has experience on People Management
- Has experience on Customer Management
- Has experience on Order booking and management
- Has strong and good leadership and analytical skills
- Can work in minimum supervision
- Has flexibility the support the task of the team if needed
- Has good attendance record
- Has advance skill on using microsoft applications esp. excel.
