.To supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Inventory Standards and defined outcomes for its responsibility area/shift approach. .The Inventory supervisor is the process owner for Inventory functions and will regularly update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction documents. .Timely and accurate reporting of operations performance and other operations/human resources related documents. .Reporting of inventory related transactions and ensure IRA is within allowable range defined in contractual KPI.Requirements
.Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any related courses .Min 3 years of experience in overseeing an operational functional team .Experience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageous. .Proficient in MS Office applications. .Must be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of more than 100, and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customer. . Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
