Responsibilities

• Track individual and teams performance (Daily Reports, Transactions Matching)
• Oversee the weekly cycle count
• Analyze the data collected (including trends and deviation), and identify actions to improve performance
• Supervise day-to-day performance, including achievement of agreed customer KPIs and other internal KPIs (eg. safety, operational, employee related etc)
• Track month-by-month budget expenditure in area of responsibility
• Support the recruitment, appraisal and disciplinary / exit processes and provide recommendations
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching with all direct reports and recommend performance ratings to management
• Implements site plans within own area of operation
• Monitor performance of people, equipment and processes and highlight to management areas for improvement
• Implements timely reporting processes and corrective actions for under performance
• Communicates operational results

Requirements

• Graduate of any course
• With warehousing experience performing a Supervisory role and with knowledge on inventory processes
• Results oriented and keen to details
• Can start ASAP
