About the job Inventory Staff (Outbound)
The role will be the lead support to account all inventory handover from operation. The handover will be from packing operation until Outbound (OB) staging area.
The role will extend inventory endorsement to OB loading team for dispatch/store delivery for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
- Key Result Area 1: Assignment of FG Location
- Establish on how to assign FG location actual vs excel file.
- Coordination with OB staging team on documentation based on Packing team endorsement.
- Key Result Area 2: Data collection, encoding and documentation
- Filing of warehouse documents like turnover checklist and the like
- Encoding of data via Google sheet.
- Prepares report for data analysis.
