What You'll Do

The Inventory Staff is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the QC Hub and third-party warehouse partners to ensure efficient receiving, inventory accuracy, asset control, dispatch operations, and compliance with company standards. This role serves as the primary point person for QC Hub operations, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and drives continuous process improvements to support overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibility Areas

QC Hub Operations Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving, checking, and dispatch of all merchandise at QC Hub
  • Maintain proper documentation and content verification for all inbound and outbound items
  • Act as primary PIC for daily QC Hub operations and coordination with internal teams

Warehouse Inventory Management (3rd Party)

  • Monitor and manage inventory including expiry tracking, item setting corrections, and stock clean-up activities
  • Oversee quarantine items and ensure proper tagging, resolution, and reporting
  • Execute B2B uploads and merchant pullout processes accurately and within SLA

Inventory Accuracy & Controls

  • Perform regular inventory checks and reconciliation to ensure system vs physical alignment
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution with warehouse partners
  • Support initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce variances

Asset Management

  • Maintain accurate tracking of all company-owned (edamama) assets across QC Hub and 3P warehouse
  • Ensure proper documentation, movement tracking, and periodic validation of assets

VAS (Value-Added Services) Monitoring

  • Monitor VAS activities within the warehouse to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve issues related to labeling, bundling, and other VAS processes

Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide timely and accurate reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and operational issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external warehouse partners for issue resolution

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify gaps in warehouse and inventory processes and recommend improvements
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards

Additional Tasks

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned to support operational requirements and business continuity

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of any business-related course (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or similar roles is a plus
  • Experience using WMS or inventory systems is an advantage
  • You have a basic understanding (or willingness to learn) warehouse and inventory processes (receiving, dispatch, stock checks, etc.)
  • You're comfortable working with data and reports (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • You're willing to learn how to handle inventory concerns and discrepancies
  • Experience in warehouse coordination, B2B processing, or pullouts is a bonus
  • Willing to work on-site (QC Hub) and visit warehouses when needed
  • Open to handling time-sensitive tasks when required
