The Inventory Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking stock movements, conducting audits, and ensuring proper storage and documentation of truck spare parts. The role supports efficient warehouse operations and helps prevent inventory shortages or overstocking.
Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee and analyze inventory movement of all operating sites
Leads the conduction of regular physical inventory and cycle counts.
Monitors compliance of operating sites for inventory process and related documentations
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare reports.
Manages the overall requisition of needed parts and services through coordination with purchasing in accordance with the PR-PO guidelines.
Prepare inventory reports for management review.
Assist in improving inventory control processes.
Handles and supervises inventory assistants.
Performs other functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
High school graduate or BS Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
Knowledge of inventory management software, google workspace, or microsoft platform.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
