The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the following:
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Conduct physical inventory counts in commissaries and warehouses twice a year
- Prepare reports such as Inventory Stewardship Scorecard (ISS) and Inventory Result Accuracy (IRA)
- Communicate inventory count results to stakeholders
- Review and Validate Inventory Adjustments
- Perform clerical and administrative duties related to Inventory Management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a BS Accountancy Graduate.
- CPA is an advantage but not required
- Must have at least 2 years minimum of experience in General Accounting, Audit, Inventory Control or Budgeting
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Preferably knows how to navigate SAP
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up)
