Requirements
- College Graduate
- Age: 28yo to 35yo
- With ATLEAST 3yrs work experience in related field
- Pleasant personality and Presentable appearance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Fast learner & has persuasive interpersonality
- MUST HAVE a strong cognitive skill (for stocks memorization)
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Lives within Metro Manila or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City) is better
- preferably can start ASAP (with complete documents on hand)
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits
Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records
Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs
Implement and improve inventory control procedures
Generate inventory reports and analyze data trends
Identify and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems
