Inventory Planning & Strategic Initiatives Specialist (FBS Fulfillment)

• Analyze inventory allocation, seller-to-warehouse assignment, inbound performance, inventory transfers, and supply planning.
• Monitor inventory and warehouse operation KPIs through dashboards and regular reports.
• Investigate inbound discrepancies, wrong-warehouse issues, inventory variances, and other operational exceptions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory availability, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks in forecasting, replenishment, warehouse mapping, warehouse capacity, process handoffs, and inventory transfers.
• Support cross-functional process improvement, operational optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Assist with project analysis, solution design, timeline tracking, risk identification, implementation, and benefits tracking.
• Work with Product, BI, Commercial, and Warehouse Operations teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements, algorithm improvements, reporting solutions, or automation initiatives.
• Support the adoption of AI, workflow automation, automated reporting, and decision-support tools across Supply & Demand processes.
• Prepare business updates, project progress reports, and analysis for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, process guidelines, and follow-up action plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any relevant course
• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking with the ability to structure problems and identify key insights.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple prioritiess

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant internship, full-time work, capstone project, academic project, research project, or case competition experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, warehouse operations, data analytics, process improvement, or project management.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Python, or other data and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with demand forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, WMS, S&OP, or fulfillment networks.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to convert data and analysis into practical business recommendations.
