JOB DESCRIPTION:
SMESS Inventory and Scrap Disposal
- Checks and reviews inventory of excess materials in the warehouse, and recommends to Management slow moving and non-moving materials for disposal
- Coordinates with Project Requestors on requests for pull out of scrap construction materials
- Sends out invitation to bid on buy out items as directed by Warehouse Management
- Collates bids and prepares bid tabulation for Management review and approval
- Coordinates with awarded scrap buyout contractors on pull out schedules
- Remits buyout proceeds to project/branch's account.
Warehouse Administration
- Checks 3rd party billings prior to transmittal to SMBUs Accounting units
- Checks and reviews time charging summary created by IPC assistant prior transmittal to manpower agency
- Checks and reviews time records of 3rd party personnel
- Controls warehouse Petty Cash Fund
- Prepares Travel Allowance Forms (TAF) for deployed site stockman
- Prepares draft of budget for SMEDD Warehouse for review of Warehouse Management
- Coaches/mentors team subordinates on work processes as needed
- Evaluates performance of IPC Assistant
- Monitors SMESS and Special Projects storage and transfers requests coursed through SMEDD Warehouse
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related course; Graduate of Supply Chain Management is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of related work experience
- Open to travel to conduct project site visits, as required
- Willing to be assigned in Echague, Quiapo
