Inventory Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and control all inventory activities to ensure accuracy, availability, and integrity of stock
• Develop and implement inventory management policies, procedures, and controls
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and audits, and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with operations, planning, and customer service to support inbound and outbound activities
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Analyze inventory data, KPIs, and reports to drive accuracy, cost control, and continuous improvement
• Lead, train, and supervise inventory staff to maintain high performan ce and compliance
• Utilize WMS and other systems to maintain real-time inventory visibility and reporting

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, stock control, and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools
• High analytical and data management skills to interpret inventory reports, KPIs, and trends
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Ability to conduct and manage cycle counting, audits, and reconciliations
• Solid planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Effective leadership and people management skills to train, coach, and supervise inventory teams
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with operations, planning, and customer teams
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards in warehouse environments
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, accuracy improvement, cost control)
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
