The Role

The Inventory Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining optimized stock levels across the supply chain. The Inventory Management Analyst will present recommended inventory allocations and manage analysis for the global buy process. Additionally, this role will work closely with other departments to ensure that inventory levels meet business requirements and to make informed decisions to optimize inventory levels.

What You'll Do

  • Calculates the Company's required buy to maintain the Company's approved inventory targets including analysis of components such as forecast, minimum order quantities, etc.
  • Monitors all inventory across the supply chain for allocation opportunities to support sales and mitigate out of stocks
  • Identifies and escalates all items in the assortment at risk for shortages or overages
  • Assist with special ad hoc projects as required
  • Plays a role in developing new business processes to support inventory health
  • Responsible for reviewing and presenting all reports related to inventory

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Inventory Management and Allocation in a complex, fast-paced, multi-channel environment
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability
  • Advanced experience using data management, analysis and visualization tools
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Index/Match
  • Systems including NetSuite and Toolio, not required but a plus
  • Experience with advanced data science tools/languages, not required but a plus
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrates confidence working independently, maintaining focus, and staying on task to resolve exceptions and achieve objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work successfully in a cross functional environment
