Inventory Logistics Coordinator - Phone Accessories

In this role, you'll ensure inventory, purchase orders, and inbound shipments are accurately tracked from factory to warehouse, helping maintain seamless operations across our supply chain. What you'll do:

• Data entry Purchase Orders (POs) from spreadsheets to the Xoro ERP system
• Record all Purchase Orders and factory packing lists in the Inbound Tracker
• Update the Inbound Tracker with ETA changes received from forwarder
• Create the corresponding Purchase Order in Deposco (WMS)
• Create the Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) in Xoro ERP system
• Monitor inbound shipments and update expected arrival dates as needed.
• Close out ASNs in Xoro based on the products and quantities received by the warehouse.
• Update the Inbound Tracker for all received shipments by recording the actual warehouse receipt date and the date the ASN was closed out in Xoro.
• Check inventory receipts to ensure quantities received match
• Investigate and report discrepancies between purchase orders, packing lists, Bills of Lading, warehouse receipts, and inventory records.
• Maintain accurate records across Xoro, Deposco, and the Inbound Tracker.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status, receiving discrepancies, and inventory updates as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience working with physical products for wholesale and retailer distribution.
• Experience in data entry, purchasing, logistics, inventory, or supply chain administration.
• Experience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.
• Experience with recording product imports from China or other foreign countries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
