Responsibilities
- Ensures weekly 100% cycle count plan fulfillment.
- Performs putback of returned stocks to picking locations.
- Immediately coordinates with direct superior and site management the inventory issues which can lead to failures in meeting target KPIs or customer commitments.
- Ensures that issues & concerns are properly communicated and documented.
- Acts as substitute for inventory cycle counter count lead/troubleshooter
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Familiarity with inventory control systems
- Understanding of basic math for counting and identifying discrepancies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- With or Without experience in warehousing.
- Can work in a warehouse environment that involves heavy lifting and manual labor
- Can communicate in all levels of the organization and a Team Player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to productivity standards.
